First Impressions Exteriors

They started working on the roof in May of 2017 and didn't finish work until November. There was never a First Impressions representative overseeing the subcontractors, so I had to make a list of things that needed to be reworked. In November of 2017 First Impressions wanted the last payment and I told them I would pay them after the repairs had been completed. I didn’t hear from them until late June of 2018 (over a year after starting the job) and came with a final invoice that included the price of the city permits to complete the rework/repairs. I paid them but they never totally competed all of the rework/repairs to my satisfaction. Doing business with First Impressions was a bad experience for me, their workmanship was average, and customer service was poor.
