The project went fantastic and we would highly recommend Central Lawn Pros. Kelly (the owner) was very professional and honest from the 1st time we met with him. In our 1st meeting, he took good notes regarding our ideas and gave us a couple of suggestions on different block color/styles we could use. He quickly got back to us with a detailed estimate that allowed us to add/subtract ideas to fit within our budget. This allowed us to easily compare his quote with other which we found was significant cheaper than his competitors (by at least 15-20%). After contracting for the service, Kelly kept us well informed of the project schedule, especially after periods of unfavorable weather that resulted in a couple of minor delays. On the project date, Kelly and his team came out to perform the service (it took a few days). It was especially helpful to have the owner/project manager there onsite working given that he is the one we talked to about our plans. Everyone working on the project including Kelly was very friendly and worked hard. They did a great job of cleaning up each day so that they didn't have equipment/debris laying around the yard when they were finished. After the project was completed, I could barely tell that they had been working on the yard as they did a great job of cleaning up and avoiding any damage to the yard during the project (they fire pit was put in our back yard so they had to hall materials/debris across the yard to get to the installation site). Finally, Kelly followed up after the project was completed to ensure we were completely happy with our new fire pit and tree rings. Given the great communication, competitive price and quality of work done, I would highly recommend Central Lawn Pros.
