They did a pretty good job. The only issue was with the billing. They charge a minimum of 2 hours. But when the guys finished, they only charged me for an hour and a half, which I paid. Then later that dya, they called me back saying that they made a mistake and had to charge me for another half hour due to their 2 hour minimum and had already charged my credit card for it without notifying me first. It just didn't seem very ethical to me the way they handled that.

I couldn't be happier with this process. Before the move, I worked with Andrew to make sure that we had a good plan and estimate for the move. On the day of the move, they showed up on time with 4 movers. They had all of the house furniture loaded on the truck in just over an hour. This included some heavy / awkward pieces such as the treadmill and futon from the basement and the piano. After a short commute, they they unloaded and placed all furniture in about another hour. I did not see any damage to furniture or walls at all - which is not an easy feat in itself. All the movers where very accommodating and made sure that we were satisfied. Honestly, the whole process took about half the time I was expecting - which also meant that I paid less than expected.

A two man crew were scheduled to come and move furniture for us.  They called to let us know they were on their way.  They arrived right on time.  Bob and Ray introduced themselves and surveyed the job.  Immediately they got started.  They were extremely careful with the furniture, wrapping it and moving it quickly but with great care.  This company bills for a two hour minimum.  The movers finished early, moving the heavy stuff we had hired them for.  Bob and Ray still had time on the clock and offered to help us with more moving.  I was blow away and grateful for this offer.  To sum it up, we got more moving done than I ever expected.  The men were courteous and professional.  I highly recommend this team of movers from the New Brighton location of Two Men and A Truck located at 550 1st St SW  New Brighton, MN 55112  (651) 237-5576
