As a previously satisfied customer, we contracted Lloyd to install and monitor the complete home security system for a major home renovation project. There were equipment issues from day one. Followed by one year of monitoring and service issues, thereafter. Finally, we removed and replace it with the Ring system, which is awesome.

We were with another monitoring company and Lloyd Security helped us throughout the transition and even sent the cancellation request for us. They made sure that careful attention was given to the aesthetics of the installation because we did not want wires to show or have extra holes drilled. They showed up when expected and completed the job the same day as promised. It's nice to deal with a business that is not only courteous, but prompt, careful and knowledgable.

I got a call from the owner, Jill on a Sunday afternoon. She gave me all of the pertinent information, and scheduled the install for the very next day. Two techs were sent to my home and though it was late in the day and they'd both put in a lot of hours, they were very personable and professional.

Great products, great customer service. Very knowledgable salespeople- Keith, in my case. Eli, the installer went out of his way to ensure a proper installation. Everyone at the office has been very helpful as well. You feel they care about the customer. Handled any issues with a responsible, professional attitude. I'd highly recommend.

I researched at least eight different security companies and I know I picked the right one in Lloyd. Jill Lloyd, the owner of Lloyd Security, Inc., is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. She came to my home personally, assessed my needs and was a joy to work with. She provided me with a quality product while keeping my budget in mind. The installer, Mike, was professional and courteous and did an excellent job as well. I would recommend Lloyd to my friends and family.
