Ceramic Tile Service
Jeff showed up as scheduled to give us the estimates. He kept us informed as to when the product came in. Once it did, he set up installation. The installer, Eric was amazing. He showed up on time, worked long hours and was meticulous on the details of the installation. Our floors and shower look amazing. We had one tile crack several months due to settling of our home. They came right our and replaced the tile. The floors have been in since 2006 and the shower since 2009. We are not gentle on our floors, and they still look amazing!! Jeff suggested we buy additional tiles for future use which proved to be great advice. We have since had a kitchen remodel, and the extra tiles were completed the renovation. You can't tell which tiles were original or newly installed. We chose Mohawk Ceramic tiles which is a very durable product. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ross Home Center or Mohawk products in the future. Both jobs came in as bid.
