Although we did not go through with our project (our circumstances changed), I worked with the owner on several occasions and found him to be honest, helpful and just a good person. Would recommend.

It was a phenomenal experience from start to finish! The team was on time and communicated throughout the process so I knew what was happening. They were warm and friendly and went out of their way not to disrupt my day. Each night they cleaned up after themselves and left the place exactly as they found it. They were happy to pause and listen whenever we had a question or wanted to give input. I have never had such a positive experience on a home project. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Pain in the Glass. The guys who performed the work was so very respectful of my property. They handled everything with care. The work they done was amazing. They did such a great job that I have made another appointment to have windows replaced that I was going to wait for. Do not bother with other big companies that will charge you an arm and a leg. Call Pain in the glass and get great quality work done at half the cost.

This review is three years late, BUT not only were the workers professional and did a good job, but the work has held up very well. Everyone has commented on how good they look and on how they were installed. The windows are both installed beautifully (Lindsay Windows!) and look and work fantastic. On the two occasions that there were small issues over the past three years, including a broken pane, A Pane in the Glass was extremely helpful and responsive- helped with what we needed quickly. Would recommend this company highly!

It went well. I was very impressed with how the windows did during the polar vortex! They did make a difference and they look very nice. I replaced 4 windows and they did inserts to save on having to redo some siding on the outside of the house and then I also did not have to work on restaining the surround wood. I would however I think preferred some new wood as when they put in one of the windows they really scraped up the wood a lot. The screens for the windows are not my favorite and even those working for the company say the same. Apparently the supplier changed the screens. They are just flimsy but otherwise I think they will be fine. Really nice I can open my window from either side if I want. Let's say you want your window open at night but not directly one you, you can open the other side to get some area. When I compared with other estimates for the MUCH lower price of these windows I'm extremely happy! I paid a little extra to have the white part of the window done in a wood grain and that looks really nice in the bedrooms. I have some more older windows to replace and I do feel I would hire this company again.

Allen came and measured the size carefully. The installation date was pulled in 2 weeks than original schedule. Technician is very professional. New glasses looks great.

We had several older double hung windows replaced with much better looking casement windows and a very bad condition bay window replaced as well. Process was smooth, easy and friendly at all times. At no point did I have any worries or concerns about the professionalism of A Pane in the Glass to be in our home and in fact most of the time we left them alone while we went to work. We did not want to go with either of the two companies that advertise on television: the national brand name was too expensive, and the bargain shop had too many complaints about poor workmanship. My husband and I were pleased with the process, from the initial meeting with the genuine salesman Dave who happily revised the estimate as we kept changing our minds, to having my many email questions answered professionally and quickly by Beth, to the owner Allen taking measurements on a Saturday morning, to installer Todd and Casey who did perfectionist’s finishing work in painting, caulking, etc. of the windows. It was nice to trust and support locally owned business that takes pride in their work. Having windows replaced is expensive so you want the job done right for a fair price. I recommend Pane in the Glass to anyone considering a small or large window replacement project.

Windows, sales staff, and installation crew are top-notch. Excellent customer service and pricing is competitive. All work was completed on time as scheduled, maximum attention to keeping work area clean, great people to work with. Extremely pleased with overall job and would hire again without hesitation.

The Pane in the Glass crew was prompt, approachable, and super clean. They covered everything in the rooms they were working on, and vacumed up after they were done. If it weren't for the new windows they left behind, I never would have known they were there. Everythign was carefully measured ahead of time and there were no surprises during the installation. I would definately hire them again.

We hired A Pane in the Glass to move one of our windows to a different location so it could be replaced with a new, larger window. Reinstalling the old window was challenging since it was on the upper level of our home and the crew had to negotiate a retaining wall and a tree directly below. From initial consultation, to work completion, we were impressed at every step. They did quality work for a reasonable price. Our compliments to the entire crew as they all were professional and personable. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.
