Bill, the owner was right on time for the appointment and was very pleasant to work with.  He had the job done in less than 1/2 hour!!!  I am very pleased with the results and would recommend him to anyone needing help from a locksmith!

He did a good job. I had planned on him using some different locks but he said that he had some that would work better with the house and the situation we had. I thought he was resourceful, and he provided us the service at a reasonable cost. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future, if necessary.

I liked it very much. He was very good. He was here in about half an hour, and he had to drill to see the combination, and he had it open in about half an hour, or maybe less. He's a young straightforward guy, no nonsense, and he was here and gone. The safe could have been locked, but I chose to remove the dial, and he did that for me.
