BRAD WAS LATE AND CALLED TO SAY HE WAS GOING TO BE 30 TO 45 MINUTES LATE. HE ARRIVED 1 HR AND 15 MINUTES LATE. ONCE HE GOT TO THE HOUSE HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR FUTURE JOBS THAT THEY ARE PREPARED WITH TRASH BAGS AND NEWSPAPER SO THE HOMEOWNER DOESNT HAVE TO PROVIDE THEM.

JEFF AND RANDY DID EXCELLENT WORK AT MY HOUSE. THEY PUT A LOT OF EFFORT INTO REMOVING EXTREMELY STUBBORN PIECES (ONE IRON PLUG AND ONE HAND AUGER I HAD MANAGED TO GET STUCK IN THE DRAINPIPE) AND DID NOT GIVE UP WHEN MANY OTHER COMPANIES WOULD HAVE. ALSO VERY CONSIDERATE - JEFF ASKED ABOUT REMOVING HIS BOOTS BEFORE ENTERING MY HOUSE. ULTIMATELY THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE MY HAND AUGER, NARROW DOWN THE PROBLEM AREA AND CLEAR THE LINE USING A PROFESSIONAL-GRADE AUGER. JEFF WAS VERY CLEAR WHEN EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE AND EXPLAINING MY OPTIONS. HE PROVIDED ME WITH STRAIGHT-FORWARD ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS. JEFF EVEN RETURNED TO MY HOUSE THE FOLLOWING DAY TO ADDRESS A CONCERN OF MINE, AND LEFT ONLY AFTER I UNDERSTOOD & WAS SATISFIED WITH ALL THE WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM & RE-HIRE THEM IN AN INSTANT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH RESPONSIVENESS, AND I WOULD COMMENT ON THEIR APPEARANCE, BUT SINCE I DIDN'T SEE THEM (I WORKED THIS ALL OUT BY PHONE & MY TENANT LET THEM IN) I CAN'T HONESTLY SAY WHAT THEY LOOKED LIKE. THEY FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS PERFECTLY (CHECK IS WITH TENANT, LEAVE RECEIPT AT MY HOUSE, CALL BEFORE COMING OVER, ETC). I DO CONSIDER THIS A FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE AS I SET THE APPOINTMENT, WROTE THE CHECK, AND SPOKE TO THEM REPEATEDLY, I JUST COULDN'T BE THERE TO LET THEM IN.

IF YOU HAVE A DIFFICULT ENTRY TO THE BASEMENT, LET THEM KNOW AHEAD OF TIME AS IT IS A LARGE, HEAVY MACHINE WHICH MAY REQUIRE 2 GUYS TO BRING DOWN THE STEPS. WE HAVE A NARROW ENTRY WITH SMALL PLATFORMS AND 3 TURNS AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH EASIER WITH 2 GUYS.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT. I CALLED A NUMBER OF COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES AND SCHEDULES. ONCE I GAVE THE OK, SOS ARRIVED IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. PERHAPS I WAS JUST VERY LUCKY THEY WERE ALREADY IN THE AREA. WHEN I CALLED EACH TIME JEFF ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY WILLINGLY GAVE AN ESTIMATE. RATES FOR THIS JOB WERE ON A PER DRAIN BASIS. THE SECOND DRAIN BEING HALF PRICE. ONE HOUR IS ALLOWED PER DRAIN BEFORE EXTRA CHARGES WOULD OCCUR. TOTAL TIME TO CLEAR BOTH DRAINS WAS ABOUT 1:15, WELL BELOW THE TWO HOURS TOTAL THAT WERE ALLOWED FOR THE TWO.

ANOTHER COMPANY HAD COME OUT TWO WEEKS EARLIER AND HAD CLEANED OUT ROOTS, BUT THE SEWER LINE BACKED UP AGAIN. JEFF CAME OUT AND CLEANED THE LINE THOROUGHLY BY USING A 4 CUTTER (AS OPPOSED TO A 2 CUTTER THE PREVIOUS DRAIN CLEANER USED). JEFF WAS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND INFORMATIVE. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH HIS COMPANY.
