 + -1 moreVERY PLEASANT MAN! PAUL ARRIVED ON TIME. ACTUALLY, A FEW MINUTES EARLY. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH MY 4 AND 5 YEAR OLD BOYS WHO ASKED HIM NUMEROUS QUESTIONS WHILE HE WORKED. TOLD ME ABOUT ONE KEY THAT HAD PART THAT WASN'T WORKING RIGHT. GLUED THE PIN IN IT FOR NOW AND SAID IT SHOULD BE OK FOR A WHILE, SAVING ME HAVING TO HAVE THE ENTIRE KEYBOARD REMOVED TO REPLACE THE BUSHING ON THE KEY. I WILL DEFINITELY USE PAUL AGAIN (AND I WON'T WAIT 5 YEARS!!)
Description of Work: TUNED MY UPRIGHT PIANO THAT HAD NOT BEEN TUNED IN OVER 5 YEARS. DID A TEMPORARY FIX ON MALFUNCTIONING KEY.

 + -1 morePAUL GAVE ME A GOOD OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION AND FEATURES OF A NEW PIANO I PURCHASED FROM A LOCAL RETAILER. HE WAS GREAT! HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW THE VARIOUS PARTS WORK, AND DID SOME LAST MINUTE REGULATION IN THE SHOP. HE REALLY GAVE ME PEACE OF MIND, KNOWING THAT HE WAS INDEPENDENT AND OBJECTIVE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PATIENT WITH ME AS I PEPPERED HIM WITH BEGINNER QUESTIONS. I PLAN ON HAVING HIM CONTINUE TO TUNE THIS PIANO IN THE FUTURE.
