 + -1 moreThe whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Susan and Mark (the owners) did a wonderful job editing, and marked the chapters on the DVD exactly as I asked. They didn't charge me a full fee for various reasons, but next year I will gladly pay the extra $120 they should have charged. When it took a little longer to make the copies, and they weren't done the evening I planned to pick them up, Mark delivered them to me the following morning. Great service! People with integrity!
Description of Work: I had an hour and 15 minutes of video movie (VHS format) of my day care children which was edited, and transferred to DVD. They then made 12 copies for me to give as gifts to my clients.
