Dan did a great job of installing the system.  The construction of our house made radon mitigation much more difficult than planned.  When Dan discovered the difficulties, he explained the issue, how he was going to update the original plan, and when he'd have the work done.  The install was very complicated, and took much longer than expected, but he stuck by his initial estimate, and got the work done as quickly as possible.  The system works great, and our radon rates tested dramatically under advised levels.
