He did a good job and I liked him. He looked at the job, picked out what needed to be done, and he did it.

The job took six days and Josh did an excellent job. He puts in long hours and does what it takes to get the job done, making sure we were happy with his work. He is a true craftsman and both fireplaces look fantastic. We highly recommend him.

Because Josh had bigger jobs outside, we had to wait until the weather was colder and he wouldn't be able to do the bigger outside jobs. He was professional and friendly as we tried to schedule a date for the job. When he came to do the job, he arrived on time and explained how he would complete the work. He was here two days and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. He also took care to protect our carpeting as he carried wet cement in and out of the house. We are pleased with the results of his work and would hire him again.

WHEN HE DUG FOUNDATION HE DID NOT COVER FOR WEATHER SO WHEN IT RAINED WE GOT AN 1" OF MUD IN BASEMENT, DIRT THAT WAS TO CLOSE TO HOUSE FLOODED BASEMENT AND DRIVEWAY. CALLED HIM AND HE CALLED ME BACK WITHIN AN HOUR BUT NEXT DAY DID NOT COME OUT UNTIL I CALL A SECOND TIME AND DID NOT OFFER TO HELP WITH CLEAN UP OUR BASEMENT.

"As I recall this project more than six years ago, the homeowner and the general contractor were doing this project together. They hired the excavator that actually excavated the footings properly. I remember it being an unusually heavy rain storm(multiple inches) that could cause loose dirt to go almost anywhere. I do not recall refusing to help clean up the mess, I do vaguely remember cleaning the driveway. We are commended on almost every project for our cleanliness, respect and protection of our customers property. I apologize for anything less."

RESPONSIVENESS GRADE WOULD BE HIGHER EXCEPT FOR SOME DELAYS WHICH WERE NOT WITHIN THE SERVICE PROVIDERS CONTROL. THE FINISHED WORK IS EXCELLENT! THE WORK WAS ARRANGED BY THREE GENERAL CONTRACTORS, SO THE FEE IS UNKNOWN TO ME.
