We will never use this company again. Mark was prompt and pleasant in response to our request for an estimate. Although not the lowest bid, he said he could perform the work quickly. After some delays in getting started, the work performed and materials used were average to sub-standard (certainly not what we paid Mark for), he did not clean up his mess (left a contractor bag full of trash in our attic and drywall mud on our carpet, for starters), and his bid inflated by $1700. The safety rail was poorly constructed -- low-quality wood, no pre-drilled holes, very rough. When we removed posts the first time, plaster rained down from our now cracked wall. The storage door (for which we were charged $200 extra because he ''forgot'' to include it in the estimate) was too small, and very rough -- no interior framing and the door used was a cheap veneered door salvaged off a kitchen remodel. We were out-of-town for completion of the work, unfortunately. Buyer beware with this contractor.

I have used Mark before, and I continue to be very satisfied with his work. I think his prices are very competitive. I especially appreciate that he does a very good job keeping everything clean, and tries hard to minimize any disruption to my home, and routines. I will continue to use his services.

I PREVIOUSLY WORKED WITH MARK ON A $200,000 REMODEL. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB. SO NATURALLY, I HAD HIM DO MY PATIO DOOR TOO. NEVER FAILS - HE IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. HE IS VERY HONEST, AND HIS BIDDING IS ACCURATE. THE ONLY FAULT I COULD EVER FIND, IS HE IS POPULAR AND WHEN HE IS OUT WORKING, I HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE. DURING THE DAY HE IS HARD TO REACH. HE IS VERY GOOD ABOUT CALLING ME BACK IN THE EVENING WHEN HE GETS HOME FROM WORK.
