Description of Work: I contacted Complete Management Services about possibly finding tenants for my rental unit. A representative responded to my after-hours email immediately and then checked in again with me the next day (during business hours). She was very helpful and even called the city to confirm that I did not need to have a license to rent out my property. Since we spent more on rehabbing the unit than we originally intended, we did not have the budget to use Complete Management Services to find a tenant- but if I were going to use a service in the future, they would be my first call!
