Complete Management Services is amazing. Within hours of posting ads, Wendy had more than 10 appointments scheduled for the next two days. She vetted the prospects before showings and after according to acceptable criteria. She managed to find qualified applicants quickly, processed their applications and scheduled lease signing and move-ins. All of the renters Wendy has secured have been wonderful and have stayed for years. Her company is aptly titled "complete".

We work with Wendy of CMS and she is excellent! Very responsive, professional and prompt about getting any and all issues we may run into resolved. We've worked with her for a year now and it has been a very pleasant experience. She keeps us in the loop on any and all things involving the residence and lets us know well in advance when she needs something from us, with ample about of time to get it to her. It's been great working with Brendan for almost two years now. I wanted a single point of contact who can take care of everything from tenant placement, transitions and ongoing management. At the same time I wanted to have a backup contact. CMS fits the need perfectly. Brendan has found great tenants, been very responsive to requests from both parties, taken care of various maintenance needs, handled transitions smoothly and performed periodic inspections diligently. We worked with Brendan and Cheri at CMS to rent my home. We were very nervous about renting our home as we moved out of state. We’ve never been a landlord and have heard horror stories from others about what property management companies didn’t do to ensure our asset was protected. They worked diligently to find us a qualified tenant and as of date haven’t had any issues. They have been prompt to answer questions or help us find someone to do a repair quickly. With all of the stresses of moving across the country, we were very thankful that we received excellent service. I worked to Brendan Ashton with CMS to rent my condo in

Brendan was very professional and honest about the entire process.  He knows what the current rates are and what to expect.
A couple months later I hired CMS to rent out my townhome and they found great renters in less than a month. The entire process was straight forward and easy.  This is the company to go with if you want to rent out your property.

Excellent.  I first contact CMS when I was exploring whether I wanted/needed to work with a Property Management Service.  I spoke with three different ones.  Sherri was extremely quick to respond, she stopped by to visit the property and speak with me in person, and she was very honest with me about whether I really needed a property manager or not.  She suggested the ala carte services, so I could use only what I wanted/needed to use.  She was also quick to advise me when she didn't think something was a good idea, and was respectful of my final decisions across the board.  I don't think I could ask for a better partner to work with.

The service went very well. We have ongoing service with them monthly. The charged $85 in addition to what we pay monthly for the complete property management. I think their pricing was reasonable. They were very transparent in what the pricing would be and what they were going to do. Our interaction with them has been very well and the work they did turned out nicely.

Wendy is one of the nicest and most courteous people I have ever worked with. She is also very professional! We are currently still working on finding me a place to rent because of what's on the market right now. I will definitely go through Wendy when something I like comes on the market!

Cheri and Brendan are two of the most competent property managers I have worked with. From our initial email exchanges, to our first meeting, to tenant placement, the follow up and communications was great. The other thing that I like about them is that they handle the entire process of dealing with contractors.
