Wendy is wonderful to work with. She is friendly and punctual. She accommodated my schedule for internet setup and key pickup. She provided all rental paperwork promptly and consistently communicated about what next steps. She is a pleasure to work with!

Complete Management Services is amazing. Within hours of posting ads, Wendy had more than 10 appointments scheduled for the next two days. She vetted the prospects before showings and after according to acceptable criteria. She managed to find qualified applicants quickly, processed their applications and scheduled lease signing and move-ins. All of the renters Wendy has secured have been wonderful and have stayed for years. Her company is aptly titled "complete".

I contacted Wendy Legeros (of Complete Management Services) after I had not had luck finding a replacement tenant for 3 months, for my Minneapolis suburb apartment. She was able to find a tenant in less than 2 weeks (during the winter season)! She kept me updated about all the showings and new developments, and took appropriate initiative to move the rental process along, every step of the way. Her rates are very reasonable. I am very grateful to her and wish more businesses operated like this.

I inquired with this organization about a pre-rental consultation with the understanding that I would use that same company to manage the property once the unit was prepared for rental. This inquiry deeply confused Cherlyn. I believe she thought I was interested in some kind of contractor consultations (I wasn't) and trying to explain to her that I simply wanted some guidance on how best to lay out my rental unit went totally over her head. I'm not even entirely sure why she called me, since she kept complaining that they were so busy and probably wouldn't have time anyway. I kept trying to end the call by stating that it sounded like they didn't offer the services that I needed, but she rebutted by saying that wasn't necessarily the case, then immediately contradicting herself by saying they didn't do what I was asking for. I wish that was the end of it, but it got worse. I work with management companies for properties that I own across the US and have never once met with a firm that wouldn't do a walk-through with an owner to help them make the unit more rentable prior to signing a contract. When I politely suggested to Cherlyn that it would be a good idea for her firm to do that, she took it very poorly and got extremely defensive. I ended the conversation as quickly as I could. It would seem that "Complete" Management Solutions isn't very complete at all...

Wendy arranged for handyman to repair all the toilet and blind.

It's been great working with Brendan for almost two years now. I wanted a single point of contact who can take care of everything from tenant placement, transitions and ongoing management. At the same time I wanted to have a backup contact. CMS fits the need perfectly. Brendan has found great tenants, been very responsive to requests from both parties, taken care of various maintenance needs, handled transitions smoothly and performed periodic inspections diligently. I worked to Brendan Ashton with CMS to rent my condo in Minneapolis. I was very nervous, as I was a first time land lord but they made it very easy for me. They were quick to find quality tenants. Brendan was very professional and honest about the entire process. He knows what the current rates are and what to expect. Excellent. I first contact CMS when I was exploring whether I wanted/needed to work with a Property Management Service. I spoke with three different ones. Sherri was extremely quick to respond, she stopped by to visit the property and speak with me in person, and she was very honest with me about whether I really needed a property manager or not. She suggested the ala carte services, so I could use only what I wanted/needed to use. She was also quick to advise me when she didn't think something was a good idea, and was respectful of my final decisions across the board. I don't think I could ask for a better partner to work with.

The service went very well. We have ongoing service with them monthly. The charged $85 in addition to what we pay monthly for the complete property management. I think their pricing was reasonable. They were very transparent in what the pricing would be and what they were going to do. Our interaction with them has been very well and the work they did turned out nicely.

Wendy is one of the nicest and most courteous people I have ever worked with. She is also very professional! We are currently still working on finding me a place to rent because of what's on the market right now. I will definitely go through Wendy when something I like comes on the market!

Cheri and Brendan are two of the most competent property managers I have worked with. From our initial email exchanges, to our first meeting, to tenant placement, the follow up and communications was great. The other thing that I like about them is that they handle the entire process of dealing with contractors. Overall, a great company to work with.
