"[Member Name Removed] had an insurance claim. the insurance company did her an injustice and we did the work needed on her home for $4000 less than we were paid by her or her Ins. company. infact, we didn't receive her $1,000 deductible owed by her. thank you for your business."

Unfortunately this started off fine and quickly turned for the worse. We had to fire this company half way through our remodel and every contractor we've had in since has pointed out the same several things that have been done incorrectly. Our house has been in shambles for over 3 months. No kitchen sink for over 3 months! Terrible communication. Didn't cover anything, dust all over our furniture. Told us they were waiting on certain rooms til we could move stuff and instead just went in and moved everything - broke part of our bed and dust all over all of our clothes. We also had to hire an electrician to fix what they did. They misplaced my husbands wallet!!! The flooring is a mess and not going to hold up long term. The contractors all said what is best is ripping it all up and starting over. They plugged our refrigerator into an non working outlet due to their wire cutting, and all of our groceries spoiled. It was a construction zone up there so we didn't go into the fridge for 3-4 days and had no idea, but Crandall blamed us for that and told my husband he was whining when he would ask for the schedule. There is more but i don’t even want to think about it anymore! He kept half the money (the deposit) but he shouldn't have taken any. Complete nightmare and the right thing to do would be to refund us. The one guy that came to do the initial labor was very very nice. That's the only good thing I have to say. From ordering materials to parting ways, a complete nightmare

I told you that there'd be a delay in completing your work based on your purchasing your kitchen cabinets that we had no control of. we installed your floor and completed what we could. Your husband asked to cancel the agreement and I did. your cost to us was not $13,000. You paid $6,750. There were other cost we incurred that I waved. Sorry the remodeling process confused you or inundated you. It could have gone better had I received your cooperation and to allow us to do what we do. we also spent time on Thanksgiving to to meet your demands and even handled your husband's phone call at 2Pm Thanksgiving day. Our quality of work is highly rated. I know remodeling can be stressful on homeowners but I hope you find peace Thanks, Crandal"

It was very good. He did what he was supposed to do. He stayed on budget. We were very happy.

It was great. They did a good job. Although the product was excellent there was a problem with purchasing of the supplies and the owner was not available most of the time. He was difficult to get a hold of.
