Brett  replaced the kitchen faucet, check the water line to the ice maker, replaced hot and cold valves and lines for a bathroom sink.  Everything is now working gret!

Bret is very professional and did a great job. It took him a couple of weeks to get us on his schedule since he is SO busy and this was not an emergency situation. I believe he would have come out right away if this was an emergency situation.
He is a one-man company, but in the future, he may need an assistant to help him keep up with scheduling/billing.

It went perfect.  Straight forward, professional and still friendly.  Got the job done on time as promised and was a pleasure to do business with.  We just moved to Waconia and have had a lot of work done in this home.  We have had other plumbers in for various things and finding Brett was a breath of fresh air.  We have high standards about the work we have done in our home and Brett has far exceeded our expectations.

Early in the morning the pipe extending from our water heater was stepped on and broken.  It was a mess.  Water and sediment from the heater was everywhere.  I left a message with All City Plumbing (before 6AM) and my called was returned within 15 minutes and Bret (the owner) was on his way.  The work was done well and quickly.  He is amazingly professional and friendly.  We have used this company in the past and will not use any other.  Amazing.

Bret was great to work with. He replaced our hot water heater because it was eroding at the bottom. Water could have flooded out if it wasn't replaced. He was able to install everything we needed in half a day. He also helped us locate and fix a leak in the basement. Bret also installed the fixtures in the master bath when the tiles were replaced. He worked with MLD to coordinate the project. Both companies worked very well to together in coordinating their schedules and we didn't have to worry about it. It was also nice to have Bret call us a few weeks after the installs to make sure everything was ok. No other service company has ever done that.

Bret was excellent to work with. During the bathroom remodel his prices were so reasonable that I decided to go ahead and replace all the plumbing in the house. He was prompt, respectful and made suggestions where appropriate. I'll use him for all my future plumbing needs.

They are trustworthy, punctual and fair. I've used them before and I liked the work the first time.

My tenant broke a shower handle and could not use the shower - therefore I wanted to get it fixed right away. All City Plumbing responded very timely - came out the next morning and got it done right the first time.
