If you need an inspection before buying a house Floyd Jares is the guy! He went above and beyond by being thorough with inspection, taking time answering my questions and listening to my concerns about things that came up in inspection. He explained things so I could understand, and was fair with price. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Floyd was worth every penny. I needed a inspection done on a house while living out of state. Despite being 2000 miles away, Floyd made the process accurate, easy, and timely. The peace of mind Floyd's experience and professionalism brought to the table was invaluable. His detailed report and knowledge about potential problems was well appreciated.
