After my mothers passing, I needed to get her 2 bedroom house with an attached garage and basement ready for sale. She lived in the house for over 30 years and it contained most of the belongings acquired over her life. I found Sipes Auction LLC on Angies list and contacted them since they were located in the same town as the house. I arranged a meeting with Kellie at the house to discuss options. Kellie reviewed the work involved and provided an estimated cost and time frame for the work. Kellie showed up as scheduled with a work crew and performed in a very timely and professional manner. The auctioned items were conducted per agreement by Hiller Auction Service at their regional facility.We are very satisfied with the results.
