 + 0 moreAfter my mothers passing, I needed to get her 2 bedroom house with an attached garage and basement ready for sale. She lived in the house for over 30 years and it contained most of the belongings acquired over her life. I found Sipes Auction LLC on Angies list and contacted them since they were located in the same town as the house. I arranged a meeting with Kellie at the house to discuss options. Kellie reviewed the work involved and provided an estimated cost and time frame for the work. Kellie showed up as scheduled with a work crew and performed in a very timely and professional manner. The auctioned items were conducted per agreement by Hiller Auction Service at their regional facility.We are very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: I contacted Kellie on 763-464-4674 to find out what she could do to Convert a furnished house so it could be placed on the market. Kellie met with me to review the work involved in clearing out items in the house and make it ready to sell. Kellie provided an estimated schedule and cost. The work involved was providing a dumpster to dispose of items with no apparent value, donate items with utility but no monetary value, auction off items with perceived value and clean the house to make it ready for sale.
