They performed a Spring service. Very professional. Answered questions. Obviously they understood their business. I decided to remove the pond and they provided guidance. I would definitely recommend them for water feature service!

Everything went perfectly. Chris was VERY upfront, honest, and helpful in his emails and had me check a few things first to possibly avoid a service call. He could have easily just come out in order to make the sale but instead was very helpful with trying to at least first save me some money. He came out and identified the problem right away (it was a bad autofill mechanism). He then installed a new one and showed me how to adjust it. Chris could not have been more helpful and professional. I will definitely use him again for our pond/fountain issues again.

Excellent. Chris goes above and beyond the call to make sure you're up and running. He is professional, punctual and very knowledgeable about ponds and water landscaping. He's a great resource. He also provides you with a month by month checklist to keep your pond in perfect help and is always available if you have questions.
