Hoffmann Heating and Air

Fantastic service, just days before Christmas. I had contacted several heating and cooling companies and couldn't even get a returned phone call from other companies.  This was the third time my furnace had broken down in a year and we knew it was a problem.  December 2013 had some super subzero temperatures and now i had no heat at all. I was sleeping in a 43 degree bedroom (yuk)!  I called Hoffmann and despite a very busy schedule, they came out after hours and determined the problem.  Here is the really awesome part..... When they arrived they brought me an electric space heater so I would not freeze to death. They didn't want me or the water pipes to freeze.  It was obvious they truly cared about my well being as well as my house. Anyway, within a couple of days I had a new heater installed. Hoffmann's employees were courteous and honest and took the time to explain several options. After the work was done, they helped me apply for rebates and trained me on how to work and care for my new heater. I am a very pleased and grateful customer!
