2 people came out to do the job. The older plumber was very rude and unprofessional. He was very out of shape and crabby. He was short on patience and service skills and seemed like he should think about retirement or office work instead of working directly in the homes of paying customers. When asking him questions he seemed annoyed and acted like we were bothering him. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

In general, pretty well.  Our biggest issue was the "sticker shock" at the end.

Wish I could give more information but generally they were friendly, on time, knowledgeable, honest, competent. They answer their phones, come when they say they will, it costs what they predict except when they find something unexpected & then it's reasonable and they tell me before they do the work, and they get it done fast and the right way the first time. Only gave them a B on price because they're not high or low compared to other places. Also, they've never had to come back and redo something after the fact. We got a new central AC unit a couple years ago and it's been fine ever since.

I've had several experiences with this company and have always been very happy with the work they have done.  They are upfront and honest and do quality work.  The issue with the bathtub drain was actually a result of an old jetted tub and rather than charging us to "fix" anything they gave us a DIY remedy that worked just great.

I own a home in Moorhead where my disabled son lives.  This company has always (2002-present) responded quickly to my calls (I live in another state) about plumbing and heating issues needing immediate attention to inspections that could wait a few days.   The persons answering the phone have been courteous, knowledgeable and concerned.  Last night the kitchen faucet gave an explosive sound and when my son checked for the cause, the faucet handle was out of alignment.  Two plumbers went to the house within minutes of my call this morning.   The experienced plumber with over 50 years of experience in plumbing told my son he had never seen this type of issue before.  By son reported they replaced the damaged cartridge in the fixture and checked the entire house for any contributing cause.   None was found at this time.   I have not received a bill so the dollar amount is an estimate; however, previous bills have been in a range similar to plumbing/heating bills received in other locations in my lifetime.  
In other situations, when asked, they will give information about various products and issues and indicate whether spending money on a particular thing would be valuable or a waste.   I believe representatives sent to my son's house from this company have integrity, a concern for promptness and a desire to save the client's dollars when possible.

The first plumber that came said he fixed it but he didn't.  Another fellow had to come back for a second visit to make sure it did get fixed correctly, which is why we haven't gone back to using them.  The fellow that did come is a heavy smoker and it was very hard to have him in the house.  He didn't smoke in the house, but his clothes were saturated with smoke smell.  My husband has asthma and it was a little hazardous and much.

It went pretty seemlessly.  I called them around lunchtime and they figured they would be able to get to it the next day (since I was also wanting to quote out a new A/C).  About an hour later they called to inform me that someone would be able to come that afternoon already.  By around 3pm all work was completed.  1.25 hours of labor split between what appeared to be a master plumber and apprentice.

They were cordial and professional, and took a moment to explain to me how the valves worked before they left (i.e. never have both of them closed at the same time).  They were able to reuse most of the piping left from the manual bypass of the previous owner.  They mounted the pipe to the wall with a couple of J-shaped hooks intot he concrete foundation in the basement.  I'm no plumber, but they did a nice job, very quickly and cleanly.

I obtained a few estimates, and they were the lowest at $225 (others were closer to $275).  I was a little disappointed to hear that since my father had the same work done at his home in Bismarck by the gas provider (MDU) directly, for $70.

They were the cheapest estimate, and came out to bid the day I called.  The next afternoon, they delivered the bid ... and the work was done the following day.  I'm not sure of all the work it entailed, but getting the bid correct required some legwork and permits from the city, so I know they did all of that quickly. 

Very responsive, friendly staff and quality work.  I will definitely call them again.
