Excellent. Very professional and quality work.

It went very well.  I was not able to meet with Grace, she met with one of the tenants in our rental property that was helping to do some remodeling.  He said she arrived on time, was very polite and did the work quickly and neatly. I will definitely call her again with any other electrical need.

That was well.  The electrician that came out that works on my light fixtures I think was wonderful.  He worked really hard.  He was here longer than how we both had anticipated he have to be here.  He cleaned up after working on what needed to be done.  I did not appreciate talking to Grace the first part of the appointment because she told me that I could done it myself but I just need to get a kit from them when in fact when the electrician came he was here about 3-1/2 to 4 hours so knowing that I have to think that Grace is kinda misguided into not quite understanding the predicament I was in until she sent here technician, the electrician that come.  Overall, I had a great experience with the experience not so much good telephone personality with Grace herself.  My last conversation with them maybe probably 2 months ago.  I think overall it was $300 bill.

We needed some help right away and we called four companies and they couldn’t come but Grace Electric came the next day to do the work. She had a very good rating in Angie’s List and so we picked her and she came and fixed it. The price was very reasonable.

Tod arrived at 7:50 AM as advertised and we discussed the issues my wife and I were having with these older switches and our attempts to replace them "pin-for-pin" with new switches.
Tod began to investigate and soon found several problems associated with the new switches and their wiring.  Protocols and the switch layout varies by each switch manufacturer, so it is not easy for a DIYer to use the "p-4-p" strategy effectively.
We had 3 sets of circuits that needed Tod's help, and he worked quickly to effectively resolve all the problems.  I was completely satisfied with this vendor and would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs home electrical issues resolved both fairly and professionally!

First off, Grace Electric has done extensive work for us going back to the time we purchased the property in June of 2008.  Grace upgraded and installed new electrical wiring to all four apartments in a timely manner.  It was an extensive project and there was good communication during the entire project.  It was a busy time for Grace, but her staff took the time to help me with mundane tasks such as replacing ceiling fans and emptying the humidifier in the downstairs apartment.  
In October of 2008 I had an electrical emergency after a severe storm, and Grace's staff "squeezed" me into their busy schedule to repair the problem. Please know that at this time I lived out-of-town in Las Vegas and was extremely grateful that they were taking care of my property.
it's now 2013-2014 and we once again called on Grace Electric to help with repairs so we could sell the property.  Grace immediately made time for us and even coordinated with another contractor to complete the project.  She promptly returned all calls and the job was completed ahead of schedule.  You gotta love that!!!

ue, and I had no idea when she was going to get back to us. She did call us within a week however. Also, I never really got an estimate ahead of time, although I probably should have specifically asked how much it was going to cost.

Grace, and everyone we worked with, was great. She responded very quickly. Workers were on time. She handled all of the permits, and everything was done very quickly. I would recommend her highly and will use her again in the future.

Great!  Associate was timely and conscientious.  We live in an older home where much of the wiring was done by a do- it-your-selfer. He not only helped us find wiring box to disconnect line going to yard but noticed and repaired 4-way light that was improperly wired.

They were FANTASTIC. focused, quick, knowledgable, methodical and highly professional. They even cleaned up at every work location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grace Electric.

Fantastic. Grace's team came at the exact time and date planned; they were professional and friendly--I felt very comfortable leaving them to work in the house alone all day. When I returned after work, it was all completed, and very tidy.

She was able to come within several days after I called.  She arrived when she said she would.  Her work was priced just as she quoted, even though I asked her to put in a light fixture after she arrived.  She was pleasant, professional, and I would recommend her highly.  It was fun to give business to a woman who owns her own business in a field generally dominated by men.

With no need for interaction from me, the two men restored all the power, provided a plate for one of the four-inch boxes in the setup, and even added a duplex outlet for our convenience. They did exactly what I asked, and we couldn't be happier with the repair. I expected to pay $200 or better, and when the bill came in under $100, I was more than impressed. When I sent the check to the contractor, I wrote a note to Grace thanking her for the prompt and professional service and courtesy, told her I would recommend her company to other people, and keep them on my short list of electrical contractors. For my experience, Grace Electric ranks very high.

Grace took time to explain options with older homes wiring and GFIC codes. She was prompt and obliged the request for a beige vs: white outlet without complaint. The job went quickly and she honored  the Senior discount as advertised! We would use her services again.

My experience with them was so good.  They did an excellent and high standard work.  In addition, they were fair in pricing.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

they did a nice job, found where a previous contractor had overloaded a circut in the main box resulting in a short. they fixed the problem.

Grace was super nice in all our e-mail correspondence.  She was able to give me multiple quotes as I kept adding more to the project.  I even changed plans at the last minute and she was able to accommodate that. 
The arrived promptly to survey what was needed.  Grace was at the store buying the items after she got the call on what was needed.  She arrived quickly with the items and her and the other employee (I'm sorry but I forgot his name) quickly went to work on all 3 levels and fixed the items that were flagged. 
Whole process was about an hour or so of work and very painless.  Made my moving in much easier and gave me piece of mind knowing that my smoke detectors and fire hazards are now fixed.  I will certainly be calling on them again for future needs.

Grace and the other electrician were professional and on-time. Did quality work and left the workspace clean and tidy after the job was done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any other work I would need done around my house for electrical.

Finally, a business that cares about you!! Thats how my husband and I felt with Grace Electric. I don't mean to pitch here, but honestly our little family lives in Valley City, and we don't have much around here for electrical businesses. And while the availability was here in our town, the comfortability necessarily wasn't, until we found Grace Electric. My husband and I needed to update our electric from fuse based to an actual panel with switches. To do so we had called several electrical contractors in town and in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
I had heard great things about Grace Electric, so they were kind of our first shot out of the phonebook. Of course my husband and I desired an estimate regarding the service change and cosmetic lighting updating we desired. I was nervous about being an out-of-town customer, and the expenses that I assumed would tag along with it. But, when we had called, Grace Electric, first off we actually spoke with Grace (this was pleasantly surprising, b/c I got to talk to the owner outright and to begin with). Secondly, I explained to Grace what we were looking for and she was more than willing to accommodate us into her schedule. We were never put off, or disregarded as a customer We kept in contact often, and not once did I get stuck leaving a message to a voice mail account. Anyways, back to the train of thought regarding our work being from out of town- Grace had mentioned to me that she had business to complete East of Valley City, and would be willing to have her team come check out our concerns. The company took the time to stretch their day to fit my family into it, all for an estimate (free at that). I knew right then we were going to hire her whether or not I was happy with the estimate. That gesture showed me that she cared about us as customer, and took her time to figure out what our needs were. How often does that happen now a days? It's too expensive to not get what you ask for, and after the estimate we recieved everything worked out very smoothly.
The following week (06/21/12) we recieved our service change (which was awesome, no more fuses!). The recess lighting worked out great. The team of Grace Electric provided us with suggestions as to placement and explained where different spots in our house were more beneficial to the extra lighting we wanted. Brad, Todd, Jeremy were all courteous, clean, and efficent in their work. This was especially nice, b/c my husband and I have two kids (one who is 2, the other 11 months). I figured I would end up having to clean up a whole heck of a lot more than what I actually did. The team took one day to get the work done.
I guess to sum this up, if you are looking for electrical work. Grace Electric is a great place to initiate that with. I am glad to offer sincere opinion here to our customer experience. If people treat me or my family good, I will treat them good. I hope this review solidifies any questions or concerns about whether Grace Electric is worth the investment for your electrical needs/etc....simply, b/c it is. Thanks Grace & Team!

They called to reschedule the day they had originally promised to come out.... then never showed up.  A week later they called to reschedule again, and against my better judgement I set a new service date.  They seemed to put my smallish project on the back burner when better jobs came along.  I wasn't at all impressed with the work done or the resulting cost being much higher that originally quoted. 

I would not recommend this company.
