I have a very old, beautiful and heavy dining room table that needs refinishing. I'm disappointed that just to get the table to the company will be so much of a problem. I wish I could find somebody willing to come out and give me a quote, then either do the work in my home or take care of the table's transport to/from their shop.

I took my grandfather's old upholstered rocker to Bonawitz Furniture Refinishing. I just needed the wood refinished--the rocker base and the arms. He gave me a reasonable quote and suggested I could save more money if I took the chair back and removed more of the upholstery myself. I chose to let him do it. He finished the work within a week, price was very reasonable, and the workmanship is outstanding. It looks fantastic!
