FABULOUS!! Steve had previously pumped our tank so I gave him a call on New Years Day thinking I would get an answering machine due to the holiday. Steve answered and was more than happy to talk with me. He asked a few basic questions (name, address, location of manhole) and said he could take care of it sometime the following week. I inquired about price and he quoted me an extremelyl reasonable rate. He said I didn't need to be there but that he would leave the invoice and I could mail a check. The next day I returned home to an invoice (with exactly the fee quoted), a maintenance summary sheet (describing the work done), and a completed job. The process couldn't have been more easy or painless for me as a busy homeowner. Thank you Steve O - we'll definitely be back as return customers!
