The price is very reasonable. The previous owners in my house were smokers. He used a special primer on the entire area. He put on two coats of paint. All of the trim is white, and there is not a single spot anywhere where the edges overlap. He is young and has six kids. I always want to hire a family man that does a good job. He has a lot of experience in the field.
