 + -1 moreI have great success as far as quality, responsiveness, etc. If they ever make a mistake they will certainly make up for it. In this instance, they had to order from another place, and I called because it wasn't delivered. Well they went ahead and followed up themselves, and before I knew it my aunt had 2 flower sets, and I only paid for one! They always want to make you happy and are very reasonable. It is a smaller shop, and maybe that is why they are so good. Even with gas prices, the delivery charges are certainly reasonable as well.
Description of Work: Flower sent to my aunt.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE NOT AS FANCY, BUT THEY ARE REASONABLE. THEY OFFER COUPONS. IF THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT I WANT THEY WILL LOOK FOR IT. IF YOU WANT A CERTAIN SPECIFIC TIME, YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW.
