I have great success as far as quality, responsiveness, etc. If they ever make a mistake they will certainly make up for it. In this instance, they had to order from another place, and I called because it wasn't delivered. Well they went ahead and followed up themselves, and before I knew it my aunt had 2 flower sets, and I only paid for one! They always want to make you happy and are very reasonable. It is a smaller shop, and maybe that is why they are so good. Even with gas prices, the delivery charges are certainly reasonable as well.

THEY ARE NOT AS FANCY, BUT THEY ARE REASONABLE. THEY OFFER COUPONS. IF THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT I WANT THEY WILL LOOK FOR IT. IF YOU WANT A CERTAIN SPECIFIC TIME, YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW.
