 + -1 moreWe paid $15,000 in total for two bathroom remodels. They ripped everything out and put everything in new. They were excellent and did a very good job and we were pleased. He always called us when he was coming. We had them do one bathroom 4 years ago and we were so pleased with the first job that we had to use them again.
Description of Work: We used KDK Builders in 2008 and they did a bathroom remodel.

 + -1 moreGot off to a slow start because of fishing opener and other jobs but once on task these guys (father and son, sometimes more) do a top notch job and aim to please. We had them do windows, siding, and a deck at our lake house a couple of years ago and were pleased so asked them to bid this job. They came in just a bit below the other estimates and we knew they would do good work so hired them.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced 3 large picture windows with Marvin Integrity windows.

 + 3 moreI received bids from KDK and Craftsmens Choice, another excellent company that I highly recommend. Because we wanted some interior carpentry done, in addition to the exterior projects, we went with KDK. KDK is a small family company with Keith and his son doing most of the work. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and feel we got good value for the dollars spent. Keith has many years of experience and his son has worked in a cabinet shop so these guys can do a wide variety of remodeling/building projects. Keith did a good job of communicating, listened to our ideas and translated them into a quality finished product.
Description of Work: KDK replaced old vinyl siding with fiber-cement siding, replaced and resized all of the windows, added a deck and garage overhang, installed exterior and interior trim, and other miscellaneous carpentry.
