Glass and Mirror Service
I FEEL THEY ARE OVER PRICED. I DON'T THINK THE QUALITY IS THERE. I ASKED FOR GLASS TO BE INSTALLED AND THEY INSTALLED PLEXI-GLASS. I DON'T GO THERE ANYMORE.

"THE ONLY JOB WE DID FOR THIS CUSTOMER WAS ON 6/19/2003. MY COMPUTER RECORDS GO BACK TO 1999. THE JOB WE DID INVOLVED LABOR ONLY - NO MATERIAL! THERE WAS NO GLASS INVOLVED, WE CAULKED THE CUSTOMERS GLASS IN PLACE. WE WOULD NOT SUBSTITUTE PLEXIGLASS FOR GLASS AS PLEXIGLASS IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN GLASS. THIS REPORT IS TOTALLY FALSE. THE CUSTOMER WAS CHARGED $15.00 IN LABOR WHICH IS NOT UNREASONABLE FOR THE WORK WE DID. WE SELL ONLY THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS, IF OUR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER BECAUSE OF THAT, THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE, YOU PAY MORE FOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, BUT YOU GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH."
