I will definitely use Troy again in the future. He was professional and friendly. His wife Kris takes care of most of the communication (email and calls), as well as the payment. Don't let the B in punctuality stop you! I just wanted to be honest that he only worked AT THE TIME on the weekends, so we had to be flexible. But I had no problem with that, since he was ~$2000 less than other quotes. And he is not a "part-timer", by any means. The equipment that he showed up with was beyond what I expected, and could rival any large construction company. We heard about Troy from a friend who has hired him multiple times, and has passed his name on to parents and friends. Troy has done work for them as well. I wanted to express my thanks to Troy and Kris for doing a great job...and getting them some press on Angie's List.
