NAVEJAS ROOFING

We had flashing around our chimney that had come loose and needed repair. Previous roofer had given us an estimate of $800 to replace. Mr. Navejas returned my call the same day I left a message and came out the next day to evaluate. He was a little late due to a previous appointment. He reassured me that flashing just needed to be secured down and was still in good shape around the attachment to the chimney, which looked to be the case to me as well. He told me it would be $65 which is his hourly charge. He climbed up, hammered down the flashing and secured it with a couple of screws. He also noted we needed a cover on our chimney, (apparently not done when converted to gas fireplace). Unfortunately he did not have anything handy in his truck at the time. He was initially referred to me by a friend who had asked him his opinion on her roof and was reassured that she didn't need to do any costly repairs. I was quite happy to find someone who was open and honest and took care of the problem right away. I would not hesitate to call him back.
