Olsen Plumbing and Heating Inc

My husband and I recently had a radiator in our house freeze, we first called Olsen because we had been recommended to them by a friend. However, when we called to get a plumber to come out initially (January 20th) because the radiator had frozen and was spraying water all over the room, we were told that someone would come out if they had time. We ended up calling the emergency plumber line because our leak started to drop down from the second floor to the first floor. At this time we told them that we wanted to replace the cast iron radiator with tin tube. It has now been almost 3 weeks and the most follow up that we have gotten was after calling 3 days in a row asking if someone can come out and get the process started for the new heater, and that tech came out and took pictures. When I called today to find out when they could come out they said next week. When my husband called they refused to speak to him because he was upset and accidentally let an f bomb slip one time, after almost 3 weeks of not having heat in one of our bedrooms, and a destroyed kitchen from the water mitigation that can't be fixed until the plumber does their work on the pipes. We will be finding a new plumber to get this handled.

They were very good. They were very responsive, very affordable and very easy to work with. I called them Tuesday 3:45 PM and the next morning eight o'clock there were four guys waiting for me to get the job done.
