I asked Amy to check my laptop because it had slowed down so much I couldn't really use it any more. She checked it out and called me with her diagnosis. The old hard drive was worn out and needed to be replaced if I wanted to keep using the computer. So Amy moved everything off of my old hard drive onto my new hard drive and installed it all into my computer. She did a great job, she was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I thought the price was good too.
