Youngstedt's Minnetonka Goodyear

I love that they keep records of my car and know what each make and model needs when. I drive a Lexus RX 350 and unlike the dealer, I am never overcharged (I pay about 1/2 what the dealer charges) and while they always do what is needed, they never do what isn't. I've been going to them for years to take care of my cars whether they are still in warranty or not. And they always seem to be able to get me in when it's convenient for me. They are just the BEST!

I've had several oil changes here without any issues. Coupons for $19.95 oil change are readily available in my neighborhood, but are only good for 5 quarts of oil. They charge extra for the 6th quart my car requires, plus all the usual fees and taxes. So it cost almost $30, which isn't horrible for 6 quarts and a filter. They have a nice waiting room with free coffee and WiFi. They completed the oil change in less than 20 minutes. Overall, another positive experience at Youngstedt's,

They got the work done properly and quickly!

Fourteen months following the purchase of Goodyear tires with minimal driving, a blow out occurred on the freeway. I learned their tires are not under warranty unless you pay extra for road hazard. (Perhaps blowouts is what they expect.) Manager was not concerned in the least about the safety of the product they are selling nor was interested in relaying information about specific tire model number to manufacturer. Manager was very argumentative. Customer relations is not important at Youngstedts Minnetonka Goodyear. I will return to Carl's Tire and Auto Service in Crystal for future tire purchases. Customer service at Carl's Tire and Auto in Crystal has been stellar. Youngstedts could learn a lesson in customer relations from Carl's.

They are really just good. I had been using them for years. I would continue to use them.

They are a class act and do a good job. They have a good price for oil changes.

I called and they got me right in. They even gave me a ride home, since it would take a little while. They called promptly when it was done, and they even picked me up! I live fairly close by them, but still, this was a big help to me. This is the first time I've used them for engine work. Have gone there in the past for tires over the years, as well as oil changes. They're great to work with. There have been times when I had something small going on with a tire and they didn't charge me.

I have been going to them for more than 10 years. They offer a variety of services and do a good job. They are very honest and don’t try to oversell. When they take the car in they tell me of the issues and take good care of it. They offer rides to work when I give the car for repair and also offer certain discounts for employees. They are also very competitively priced.

I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THEIR HONESTY, AND THE FRIENDLY SERVICE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES! THOUGHT I NEEDED NEW TIRES, BUT AFTER CHECKING, THEY SAID I DID NOT EVEN NEED THEM ROTATED...THEY SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. ALSO MADE COPIES FOR ME OF THINGS THAT I NEEDED. I NEVER HAVE FELT SO AT EASE WITH BRINGING A CAR TO A SERVICE CENTER. I WILL GLADLY GO BACK WHEN I NEED THINGS DONE!!!!
