He helped point out potential problems with houses, so I was aware of any possible issues. If I wasn't 100% happy with a home, he was patient and insisted I keep looking. I felt that his primary concern was always that I had a postive first home-buying experience. I really liked his honesty and frankness. He was very respectful of my time and schedule. He's the type of guy who would go the extra mile to help a client find the right home.
Description of Work: I was a first time home buyer going from renting to owning, and Tom showed me houses in Northeast Minneapolis.
