Tom and I looked at about 30 or so houses in this process over 2 months, and he was very helpful, flexible and straight-forward. He helped point out potential problems with houses, so I was aware of any possible issues. If I wasn't 100% happy with a home, he was patient and insisted I keep looking. I felt that his primary concern was always that I had a postive first home-buying experience. I really liked his honesty and frankness. He was very respectful of my time and schedule. He's the type of guy who would go the extra mile to help a client find the right home.
