He came right away. I have him come fairly routinely. He has done plumbing work for me for many years. He is reliable and knows what he is doing.

Rick and his his helper were here right at 8 am as promised. They took out the 20 year old water heater (original to the house) and replaced it with a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater.
While they were waiting for the new heater to be delivered, I had him look at my master bath toilet and sink. The toilet feels loose on the floor and the seat bolts loosen constantly. We discussed options and will replace the toilet on another visit. The sink overflow was full of crud that he cleaned out, then explained how to keep it clean in the future.
They were neat, cleaned up after themselves.
Rick explained that the old water heater had about 10 gallons of lime in the bottom, so we may have to flush this tank on a yearly basis. Where I live is very hard water, and the water softener doesn't appear to help much. Should be easy maintenance I can do myself. The new heater is also much easier to light - I had Rick out twice earlier this year to re-start the pilot light on the old one.
I've had Rick over several times to install new faucets, light the water heater, re-plumb a kitchen sink, install a new garbage disposal. He's got plenty of experience and knows what's he's doing.

Very prompt call back from their office and a good selection of times to get over to the house. The owner of the company is the plumber who came over. He arrived on time after a call to advise of and quot;on the wayand quot;. Checked out the valve (original with 25 yr old house) and advised replacement for a return to adequate water pressure in the house and for outside faucets. Once the new one was installed, explained the adjustment procedure if we wanted to change the pressure and some advice about going too high. He set it at 50 psi which was much better than the pressure from the worn out valve and very obvious on any faucet. Total time for this job was about 1 hour. Utility room was left clean and no debris. Invoice was easy to understand for parts and labor. I would recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Also, a local landscape and lawn irrigation company is owned by a friend of mine and I recommended Rick's Plumbing to him.

Rick made sure exactly what type of replacement toilet I wanted, brought the correct one and replaced the old one. He also replaced the shut-off valve for no extra charge. Work was done correctly and on time, and the bathroom was clean and dry after he left. Excellent work.

He first came to assess the problems. Ordered the parts and returned within a couple days to finish the previously mentioned problems.
Highly professional. Very clean person and he left his work areas immaculate. Fair in his pricing and extremely friendly and considerate.
