Bill was terrific.  This wasn't a large job and it was outside of his normal service area but he took it on anyway, and charged us a very reasonable price.  We had someone else tile this bathroom floor 3 years prior, and were always unhappy with it because the tiles were uneven.  We purchased the same tile and Bill came out and ripped out the bad tile job and re-tiled it for us.  The quality of his work was outstanding and we are very happy with our now evenly tiled floor.  He also installed the new toilet we purchased as we wanted to replace the old one as long as it had been removed for tiling.  I highly recommend him.

They are still working here and they are good. I only pay for the labor and I bought the tile myself but I find the price reasonable.

We previously worked with Bill when remodeling our kitchen. We knew we would hire Bill when we remodeled our bathrooms due to his outstanding work.. Bill measured, estimated and ordered the needed tile for 2 bathrooms. The master Bath included rebuilding the shower, replacing floor and counter backsplash. The main bath included designing an accent wall, replacing surround walls around tub area which were not square (due to new tub) and floor. His designwork is incredible. He is so easy to work with and the quality of work is outstanding

Bill does beautiful work. We would highly recommend him. He makes great suggestions and is reliable and trustworthy. He is very competitive in his pricing and obviously takes great pride in his work. Very talented! This was the second job he did for us, and both were GREAT.

Both jobs were great. For the flooring, I was originally thinking of using a cement board underlayment. Because of the difference in adjoining floor heighths, Bill reccommended pouring a leveling material (thinset?). In any event, it was the correct advice. The floor tile job required that there be made some adjustments in laying the tile, and Bill was the right man for the job. I watched Bill do the kitchen backsplash job because I thought that I could, perhaps, have done it myself. That would have been a mistake! I saw that this wasn't Bill's first job, and that he gave attention to things that I wouldn't even have considered.

Our house was built in 1982 and the kitchen had not been updated since 1995. There were two layers of vinyl Bill removed and hauled away. The cleanup at the end of each day was outstanding. Bill is an artist as much as a craftsman. The patterning of tiles he layed for both floor and backsplash are very clean looking and make a statement. He anticipated the right amount of time for the work he contracted to do. We will hire again for the additional projects we anticipate completing.

We got several bids from different companies, and Bill's was in the midrange. He came over to look at the area before giving us his estimate, which I appreciated. We choose him because he noted several things, such installing the tile under the baseboards, that others didn't mention. He is clearly knowledgeable, and detail oriented. In all, Bill made 3 trips to the house. He arrived when he said he would (or called to reschedule), did his work competently and rapidly, and didn't leave a mess. I'd recommend him without reservation.
