Aaron's team is great! They helped me review and select a fancy new smoker for my backyard. The staff was super responsive and helpful. The delivery was the exact week and day they forecasted. And they helped with setup and education (cleaning, maintenance, etc). The Northern Fire store is on the other side of town from me (40+ miles) but I will visit whenever I am in the area. Their service sets them apart and they sell great products.
