Mr. Appliance of Edina is a veteran owned local business. Our technicians are experienced and highly trained. The technicians are our employees. We run background checks on all of our technicians. Our technicians always were a uniform and carry an ID badge. They also drive a fully wrapped Mr Appliance service van. Our $89.00 diagnostic fee is waived with an approved repair. We never charge overtime or surprise customers with hidden fees. We provide a firm quote for a repair job and we guarantee our parts and labor for a year.

"I think this review has been posted to the wrong company. Customer is in North Carolina and we only provide service in Minnesota. We have a repeat customer by the same name, but never provided service for him on 4-19-14. For our customer with the same name in Minnesota we have provided service multiple times. May 2013 a Frig, September 2013 a Dryer, May 2014 a Dryer, and May 2014 an oven. We dont believe this is us."

I called and spoke to a very professional operator who scheduled me for the following day with a 4 hour window. Gregory, the tech, called me early in the window to tell me when we would be here. Very clean, very respectful, and he fixed the clothes washer (which, with 4 kids, I cannot live without) and even ran a short load to make sure it went through the cycle appropriately. I was very impressed and won't hesitate to call them again.
