 + 1 moreI just had some auto work done by Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru Kia. The service was an insurance claim. They are an 'A' on price as I have used them previously. The company could have given more attention to details for me to grade them an 'A'. I like the warranty of this company that makes me go back.
Description of Work: I had a windshield replaced and re-calibration. I have got some safety radar cameras that are on the vehicle and when the windshield was broken they had to re-calibrate the equipment that looks through the windshield to predict accidents.

 + -1 moreThe workers are fine. I have a good relationship with them. They've been there for a long time. My car is an 06. Nothing is wrong with it. I bring it in for yearly checkups. They were able to get it done in probably 40 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I would give a B- for the waiting room area.
Description of Work: I last saw them in the fall for an oil change.

 + -1 moreI have PRE APPROVED USAA funding. We are Physicians and one of us a Veteran. Near perfect credit ratings both. In our own home x 14 years. $10,000. 00 cash down AND THEY WOULD NOT LET ME DRIVE OFF THE LOT UNTIL THEY HAD 100% FUNDS IN HAND!!!! Spoke to sale and MANAGER multiple times over the 5 days prior, asked repeatedly if there was anything I should do ahead of time, and they repeatedly said all would be fine, oh no no no" But in person, ready to drive, we received INSULTINGLY BAD CARE. Nothing would budge the finance manager. I had USAA on the line to reassure him. Nada. He was trying high pressure to get us to switch to their financing. So glad I didn't finance through Subaru - they use CHASE!!! Compare this to Honda 12 years ago- no money in the bank, no money down, nothing but a promise letter from a training program- and I drove out of the showroom. Honda was awesome to deal with over the years, too. Great product, great depreciation, great service. Morrie's is making me regret choosing the AWD for our Midwest winters. In fairness, the sales staff is trying- but not Finance. Unbelievable!!! My honey was eyeing that nice Crosstrek- rethinking that for sure now. Update- they are supposed to deliver- but I return home to find a message for me to call to arrange it, and no response to my call. Arggh Nothing is easy with these guys!
Description of Work: Sell me a car I found and identified and arranged and paid a special $500 transport fee to get it here. 2014 Impreza HB Limited in blue with a moonroof.
