We bought and regularly serviced our vehicle at Morrie's for about 3 years doing what they recommended to avoid problems. Bought new tires less than 2 years ago from them. They failed to recommend a front end alignment months ago and our front tires are shot. We agreed to pay for the alignment but asked them to pay for the tires for their mistake. They declined and collected their last $300 from us for 2 new tires and installation. We paid their prices precisely so situations like this did arise. The kid's at the local quick lube would have noticed the alignment issue.

I purchased my vehicle at a different Ford dealership, but I was extremely unhappy with their service shop and decided that I would try Morrie's. I called mid-July regarding the recall service I needed and the person I spoke with on the phone indicated that I didn't need an appointment. However, when I arrived late July they were extremely busy and said I would need to set up an appointment a couple of weeks later. Kindly, they offered to try and fit it in if I could leave it overnight - which I did. As I was getting checked-in, I asked them if they thought they could take a look at the rear lift gate (which had been experiencing issues all winter) and they said they would try.
The next day, they had performed all of the recall work and diagnosed the lift gate problem. They ordered the needed parts and said they would fit me in as soon as they arrived.
My only complaint would be this: When I brought the vehicle back the following week after they called saying they had the parts, I waited around two hours only to be told they actually didn't have all the parts they needed. They seemed genuinely apologetic and got me back in right away when it did arrive, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience.
Overall, I was happy with the service I received at Morrie's. They were friendly and did everything they could to get me in and out as quickly as possible - even performing my service without an appointment.

We had a friend that worked at another Morries Ford. She was a lovely person and then she died. We developed a relationship with Morrie's because of that. We are very happy with the services Morrie's provides.

Went well, I knew the brakes pads were thin since I had never had them replaced. I did like that they just replaced the pads instead of the usual turning down / replacement of rotors which typically increases the price substantially. They actually dropped me off at my home so I didn't have to wait for the brake job to be complete.

They have been great so far. I didn?t buy the car from them but they do service it. They are great about quoting prices and getting it done. You don?t have to wait long for the repairs and their workers are professional and courteous.
