Ceramic Tile Service
THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTED TO INSTALL CENTIVA, A SPECIALTY FLOORING. CLEARLY THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS TYPE OF FLOORING. THERE ARE CRACKS BETWEEN THE TILES. IN ADDITION, MANY DEFECTIVE TILES WERE INSTALLED. THERE ARE MARKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THE ENTIRE JOB NEEDS TO BE REDONE.

THEY CONTACTED US TO INSTALL YOUR "VINYL SQUARES". AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED, THE SURFACE COLOR STARTED TO CHANGE, THE MANUFACTURER''S REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND FOUND THE VINYL SQUARES TO BE DEFECTIVE. YOUR CONCERNS AND COMMENTS SHOULD BE MADE TO YOUR RETAILER THAT SUPPLIED YOU AND CHARGED YOU FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIAL. WE WERE WILLING TO RE-INSTALL A NEW VINYL FLOOR BUT ONLY IF THE MANUFACTURER/RETAILER IS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE NEW INSTALL.
