Highly recommended! Would use again! We had used Lockguard previously to install a new doorknob with a sturdy deadbolt lock on one of our doors. The lock they installed was very high quality and the price was more than fair. This time my kids accidentally locked us out, and I didn't have a spare key. I called Chuck at Lockguard and he was able to come out right away. Very professional and was able to get the door opened for us, and cleaned up the damage my kids had done when they tried to open the lock with a screwdriver. Huge relief and so appreciate his fast response!

I moved into an unfamiliar new city in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro, and used Lockguard to re-key all of my doors (recommended by my property manager at a prior home, where I had used them before to fix a sticky lock). Excellent service, very professional. I was also impressed that Chuck took the time to walk through my new home to discuss safety issues and suggestions on how to bolster my general security. A few days after he had been through to re-key my doors, I caught a segment on the local news that was discussing these very same safety issues and recommending the reinforced dead bolts, etc that Chuck had just brought up. About 2 weeks later, Chuck came back to my home to install the reinforcements to both of my doors, upgrade my garage/mud room door to a deadbolt with reinforcement and install a shield to my garage door opener to prevent someone from tinkering with the mechanism from the outside. I now have extra peace of mind. Thrilled with the decision to install the safety measures. Would highly recommend without any reservation.

We have used Lockguard services several times in the past. Today, the lock on our lower level patio door was not able to be unlocked so we couldn't use the door. We called Lockguard and they came right over and repaired the lock. Nice people & amazing service!

Chuck arrived the same day we called. Went over our options. He installed the new deadbolt in a timely and professional manner.

I called at 7:45 in the morning and Chuck was at my house by 8:00. He tried picking the lock a few times, failed and so drilled it out, then put in a new cylinder into the lock that was re-keyed to match my current key. Here and gone in under a half hour, very professional and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased.

Chuck got the job done and even made some suggestions about beefing up home security. A great guy and a pleasure to do business with!

We were very impressed with the level of service.  We just moved into our new house, so wanted to re-keyed all locks (house and garage) and we added deadbolts to the 2 doors that did not already have one.  He also made general recommendations of small things we could do to improve overall house/garage security.  Would definitely recommend!
