The truck broke down prior to the first appointment, so rescheduled for today. They arrived within the one hour window provided and were efficient and professional. I gave them an ok on price, not excellent, as I thought it was expensive, but I have no comparison-so that rating may be unfair. They could be excellent. They will be back out in a month to tune.

They were great. Getting the piano into my house required carrying it through the front yard to the back, onto the deck, into the porch, etc. It was not simple. I watched the entire process with my heart barely picking up its pace, which is saying something!

It went perfectly smooth, no problems. They were fast, friendly and professional. The price seemed high, but it is what it is, and you often get what you pay for, yada yada yada. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they did it well. Would definitely hire them again. I am, as a matter of fact, having them tune the piano as well in a few weeks.

This was not an easy work order for the movers. One piano had to traverse a rocky stretch of land, and then moved up 16 outside steps to the front door at the new location. The other piano had to be removed down those 16 steps! The movers, Tom and Pete, were right on time, courteous, professional, and handled the moves expediently. The cost of moving 2 pianos was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company. I have already booked piano tuning with them! Judy, who handles the scheduling, was extremely helpful, friendly, and able to answer all my questions. GREAT company!
