Due to water damage from ice dams, all but one room on the main level of my home had to have walls (and, in some cases, also portions of ceilings) removed, then rebuilt. Scott's bid was thorough and competitive; his responsiveness to unexpected surprises---something a homeowner must plan on when dealing with someone else's original build---was calm, cool, and creative. Even "a uniquely challenging" plumbing situation in a bathroom wall was rectified, to my amazement.
His crew was equally delightful to work with. They were warm, respectful of the fact I was living in the house during renovation, and eager to make sure I was up to speed on each stage of the work. They cleaned up (as best one can with things like open walls and sheetrock dust) daily, keeping me updated on schedules and stages.
The end result was exactly what I'd hoped for, and on budget. I look forward to two more projects with Landmark in the future---they're simply the best out there.
