They were wonderful to work with and the employees did a great job and cleaned up after . Scott the owner always got back to me on any questions I had . He also came out different times to check on the work .

The owner Scott was here on May 21. He had done a project for us 4 years ago. He promised a written estimate for the City of Eden Prairie Home Rehabilitation Program within 10 days (the City requires two written bids). Then he promised that it would be the following week. He discussed the project with the city and then promised a bid would be here the next week. He then promised to get us the bid in a few days. Then after a month of us being on hold, he sent us an email saying he was not going forward with the project. When we asked for the bid he told us he would not give us one since he was no longer interested in the job. We relied on his promise to give us a bid and now we have to go through the process again since he does not keep his word.

Landmark Remodeling did a beyond great job with our kitchen remodel. We were left with a giant hole in our house thanks to a bad contractor and this team came in and fixed it in 2 days! You can't even tell a new wall was put up on the exterior it blended in so seamlessly. Inside the work was impeccable as well including a brand new subfloor and the crew left our home amazingly clean. Scott was always willing to answer my questions and work with us to stay within our budget which was very tight. If you choose Landmark Remodeling you will not be disappointed, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Backstory: Due to water damage from ice dams, all but one room on the main level of my home had to have walls (and, in some cases, also portions of ceilings) removed, then rebuilt. Scott's bid was thorough and competitive; his responsiveness to unexpected surprises---something a homeowner must plan on when dealing with someone else's original build---was calm, cool, and creative. Even "a uniquely challenging" plumbing situation in a bathroom wall was rectified, to my amazement. His crew was equally delightful to work with. They were warm, respectful of the fact I was living in the house during renovation, and eager to make sure I was up to speed on each stage of the work. They cleaned up (as best one can with things like open walls and sheetrock dust) daily, keeping me updated on schedules and stages. The end result was exactly what I'd hoped for, and on budget. I look forward to two more projects with Landmark in the future---they're simply the best out there.
