We started in mid January and closed mid February. Application, forms and data needed were all all accomplished by email, fax or in one case snail mail. Every person we dealt with was pleasant, professional and very organized, nary a snafu or wasted time and effort was required. They keep you informed every step of the way. Closing was as smooth as silk by a very organized and cheerful person and took less than 30 minutes. Wow! Great experience with the entire staff.

The whole process took less than a month, start to finish. It was great.

Working with Sunny and Kim was a great experience. They got us approved for a FHA mortgage and kept us on schedule and in the loop with our progress. This was my first home (my wife's second) and I felt at ease to ask questions along the way. People tell you to expect stress and headaches when buying a home, but with Sunny's team we never felt that. They were great and we'll use them again if we move.

Sonny and her team provided a great experience! Right from the beginning the communication was very thorough, quick and reliable. During the process, they worked very hard to make sure the underwriters understood our finances correctly. And, at the close, Sonny showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. (Oh, and She was also so kind to our little 2 1/2 year old, who assumed Sonny was there just to talk to her.)

Well, from my first late eve email to Sunny, which she responded back to even though she was on her way out the door to enjoy some family time on vacation, I was impressed with the warmth and friendliness she immediately demonstrated. I don't know anything about refinancing a mortgage so I am super grateful these people connect the dots as close as they do! It's like Mortgage refinancing for dummies!! Step by step they led me through the process and not once, no matter how many confused emails or phone calls I made to them did they get frustrated. They always treated me with much patience and kindness. And, best yet, they always had a perfectly succinct answer that put my worries to rest or helped me with the next step. Whether it was Kim, Brigitte, Nancy or Sunny, they all were so very knowledgeable, efficient and just sweet to work with. They made a rather complicated, intimidating process painless and understandable. On top of being clearly a very strong, well run and organized business with a very personal touch during the closing I was given 4 local charities to choose from that they would donate a portion of the fees to in my name!! Seriously?! You need to re-fi? Look no further, you've found your team! You're still not sure? Well, I have a family member who is a mortgage broker and I still went with RMG. You can't beat the price for the level of service you get. Did I say they were amazing yet? No? Well, I love them...need I say more?! I will be recommending them to everyone. Oh, I do have one con to all the pros here...I have no reason to talk to these nice people anymore :( Sadness.

RMG is great. From getting a estimate for the mortgage rate, closing costs, points, etc, to the closing appointment, they were super responsive, highly organized, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Just what you need so that you don't worry that all the paperwork will be ready in time for a smooth closing. They kept us informed each step of the way. At the closing meeting they provided us with a couple bits of useful information that others didn't offer or weren't aware of. Impressive staff of friendly competent people. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Wonderfully efficient, organize and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinance. We were able to lock low rates and refinance all within three weeks.

This is the third time that I have refinanced my home, and I must say that RMG, led by Ms. Sunny Nelson, is the most efficient and professionally managed residential mortgage company that I have dealt with. The fact that it is a women owned and managed firm was icing on the cake to this senior citizen feminist!

It was a great experience. I was unsure whether to refinance or just pay more per month as my goal was to reduce the original 30 yr term. Jan was very patient with me, answered all my questions and sent me all the data I needed to make an informed decision. The closing went smoothly and I am extremely happy and RMG even sent $100 to the charity of my choice. On top of the great service, RMG had lower closing costs than all those more aggressive mortgage companies.

Alex Stenback was very informative with all of our options. He explained the process thoroughly, and everything went according to plan. I enjoyed working with him.

I initially started my financing with a friend of a friend, who worked for one of the larger mortgage companies. I quickly dismissed them for failure to answer some basic questions on concerning their business. I found RMG on Angie?s list and my only concern is that my comments will be so positive people may hesitate to believe them. In summary: I was most impressed with RMG?s knowledge, skills, professionalism, that was further complimented by warm and friendly service. This held true for Management and staff. My thanks to Sunny Nelson, and her impeccable staff. Their attention to details, promptness and ability to answer my numerous questions was the best I have experienced in over 20 years from any financial services organization. The difficult housing market initially resulted in a relatively short time between initial loan application and closing date. When RMG said they were going to do something they simply did it. This was true for closing dates and for providing information and documents as requested. When a notable change prompted by me came up, they were again very prompt to reply and came thru with shining colors. Many Thanks to RMG !

We worked w/ Randi Livon, she was very patient explaining the refinance process and secured us a lower interest rate for our mortgage.

Fantastic. I'd been pre-approved from a major bank and had thought to close with them. But when it came time to lock in the rate and set-up a closing, they said they needed 6 weeks. Jan with RMG was able to meet a 3 week deadline and because of that we saved on the purchase price. Fantastic execution, incredibly responsive and great advice on rate lock.

All went well. Julia was professional, prompt to respond to our concerns/questions, and kept us updated throughout the process. She was not pushy at all. I felt comfortable working with her and her assistant. Our only disappointment is that Julia was unable to make it to our closing, due to a scheduling conflict. She helped us be prepared for closing, however, and we had no problems.

Sonny Nelson is the representative that we use and she is the absolute best. I can't say enough about her.
