THE OWNER, JERRY HOLLENBACH, STARTED THE JOB BUT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MATERIAL TO FINISH. SAID HE WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT DAY AND HE NEVER SHOWED. CALLED THREE TIMES AND RECEIVED ASSURANCES THAT HE WOULD BE OUT TO FINISH BUT HE NEVER RETURNED.
