Very professional from start to finish. Jon was very responsive and it was easy to get an appointment arranged through the website. He confirmed with me a day ahead before the inspection was to take place. He showed up on time ready to go. I felt the inspection was thorough. I've been through these before and some people seem like they're trying to hurry through it. Jon had a ladder and stuck his head up in the attic, which I've never had an inspector do in one of these inspections unless I asked (and provided the ladder.) We got a good written inspection report, and Jon also pointed out some other things which were not code violations but were signs of wear and tear and deferred maintenance. It's nice to have an idea of what things we may want to fix in the coming years. The house was built in 1907, so you kind of never know what you're getting yourself into. All in all a very good experience. We got exactly what we needed, when we needed it, so we could move forward with our purchase. We are totally satisfied.
