+ 1 moreI have been taking my three cars there for sometime. I recommend them to friends and family. The cost was reasonable. It took less than a day. Before the work was done, they described what needed to be done and I agreed to it. After the work was done, I picked up the car and paid for it. The area is very clean, that's why I enjoy taking the car there. I can't think of anything they can do better.
Description of Work: I took my wife's car in for a punctured tire.

+ -1 moreThe service did not go very well. They actually left a tool sticking out of the bottom of my car. They had to send somebody to my house to get that out. They could have just changed the oil without leaving tools dragging from underneath my car. They got the job done fast.

Description of Work: I got an entire new set of premium tires (4), an oil change, tire rotation and full interior detailing (cleaning). The detail service was superb - I've never had this service done before. I get my oil changed here regularly and they offer a oil change card - you can pay ahead for 4 oil changes and virtually get one free. They're not the cheapest on tires - but they do a great job and it's super convenient for me to be able to have my rotations done when I get my oil changed. Great people and customer service.

However, they presented me with a list of items that they claimed needed to be done and would have cost approximately $500. For this reason, I will not use the company again.
