Dianne was professional, courteous, responsive, and pleasant from start to finish. We always felt comfortable working with her. She communicates well and kept us updated. She put a lot of effort into selling our (relatively small) home, doing frequent open houses and making very good suggestions to entice buyers. She was always polite, but was also candid and honest when necessary, which I appreciated. When we were looking at homes to purchase, Dianne arranged showings quickly and efficiently with our convenience (and short time frame) in mind. She was very genuine about wanting us to be happy with our experience and our home. We were very satisfied.

Dianne responded promptly to my call. She sent me lots of appropriate, easy to use information, and helped me narrow down my selection. She was available at times convenient to me to show me houses, and quickly understood my needs and wishes. She was organized and efficient in handling all the paperwork and negotiations with the seller and straight through the inspection process and the closing. I found Dianne to be respectful, straight forward, informative and courteous. Although she was always professional, she was also patient and personal with a good sense of humor. This is the 5th house I have purchased, and was by far the best experience. I can not speak for all agents from this company, but I heartily recommend Diane Aslesen.
